Bug fixes

• 404 on scoped package pages — SvelteKit route changed from [name] to [...name] so /packages/owner/pkg resolves correctly
• Description not stored on publish — meshpkg now sends X-Package-Description header; registry reads and stores it; subsequent publishes also update the description
