Fixes Axiom blueprint chunk misplacement and enhances block remapping with environment model support and bulk actions.
The previous Axiom blueprint import often resulted in misaligned or missing sections due to varied data encodings and incorrect axis order assumptions. This PR introduces robust bit unpacking and an axis-order heuristic to ensure accurate block placement. It also expands the remapper UI to allow mapping to environment models and provides bulk actions for more efficient remapping.
