Update lib packages to match current Debian version. These packages were causing build failures due to Debian's time64 transition and regular library version updates that removed the old package names from repositories.

Description
This updates the logos for fixitclinic, both for the email attachment and for the website.

I needed to updated the lib packages for the prod docker image as it seems
