Done with backend task :
1.Added a page to register a new user and save it to database
2.After user is added a welcome email will be sent to the registered email
3.If the post code is false the registration process will break
4.Added command to list all registered users in last 24 hours
5.Added validations to check on user request and if there's any errors it will be sent back to the component to be previewed and the registration process will break
