R-code changed for lines: 45-50 (if variables are missing add "-")
R-code changes in reader_freq_tab (lines 276, 314, 317) and general_freq_tab (lines 342, 355, 357)
The files was updated to allow also the Delegate to add the validate maturity stage classifications instead of the Organizer.
