Summary

guard donttest examples that train models with torch::torch_is_installed()
switch veteran loading in examples to survival::veteran
regenerate Rd files
ignore local .codex artifact and .codex in build ignore

Validation

R CMD check --no-manual --run-donttest survdnn_0.7.5.tar.gz (Status: OK)
