…Q upgrades Automated filesystem migration tool that fetches the latest HQ template from GitHub, diffs against the local installation, and applies lossless upgrades with full backup and restore. Includes 121 vitest tests, 6 merge strategies (CLAUDE.md section merge, worker.yaml instructions merge, etc.), cross-platform backup/restore, and interactive UX (Review & Approve vs YOLO mode).
