In plerup/espsoftwareserial@a3cb35e the SoftwareSerial API changed (see also https://github.com/plerup/espsoftwareserial/releases/tag/6.2.0). This PR makes the CSE lib compatible to newer Arduino releases and adds Platformio integration.
