Complete Lab 1: Deploy OWASP Juice Shop locally, document a security triage report, and establish a standardized PR workflow with a pull request template.

• Added labs/submission1.md with complete triage report for OWASP Juice Shop deployment
• Added .github/pull_request_template.md to standardize future PR submissions
• Added screenshots documenting deployment verification

Testing

• Deployed Juice Shop container: docker run -d --name juice-shop -p 127.0.0.1:3000:3000 bkimminich/juice-shop:v19.0.0
• Verified page load at http://127.0.0.1:3000
• Confirmed API responds: curl -s http://127.0.0.1:3000/rest/products/search | head
• Checked security headers: curl -I http://127.0.0.1:3000
• Verified PR template auto-fills when creating new PRs
