Add POST /drive/signup endpoint to healthcheck sign up.

  • Leverages sdk's auth register method
  • Checks drive-server's response has at least these expected fields: kyber and ecc keys, email, rootFolderId, bucket
  • Accounts are created with email dev+@internxt.com. Open to suggestions on a better email address. We will need to create a cleanup task to remove these users
