I'd like to add Uroman support for both Ruby and Javascript, based on the Python version.
One suggestion, it might be cleaner if we put each programming language files into their own subdir. This is what I've seen other multi-language repos such as Google's Protobuf. I've put Ruby in it's own top-level /ruby/ folder.
