BulkFieldSignerGUI v1.0.0

BulkFieldSignerGUI is a high-performance Windows utility for bulk digital signing of PDF documents using Digital Signature Certificates (DSC).

The software is designed for court e-filing workflows, including document submissions to:

  • Supreme Court of India
  • High Courts
  • District Courts
  • Other institutional and government e-filing systems

The application enables extremely fast signing of large documents where the signature field is predefined.

Typical Workflow

  1. Use a PDF editor such as Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Foxit PDF Editor, or similar tools to place the digital signature field in the document.
  2. Save the PDF file.
  3. Launch BulkFieldSignerGUI.
  4. Select the prepared PDF file.
  5. Insert the DSC USB token.
  6. Enter the token PIN/password.
  7. Click Start Sign.

The software automatically signs all pages according to the predefined signature location.

Performance

Tested signing speeds:

High-end system:

More than 50,000 pages signed in approximately 1 minute

Low-end system:

More than 50,000 pages signed in approximately 5 minutes

Actual performance may vary depending on:

  • system hardware
  • PDF size
  • USB token driver performance
  • storage speed
  • certificate provider
