Note that this is relative to issue #59, it won't be added into IMAS-Python as a CLI tool, but needs to be incorporated into https://github.com/iterorganization/IMAS-Python/blob/develop/imas/ids_convert.py |

List IDS paths that have name and identifier but are not full identifier structs(name, index, description)
To run the script, use the following command to provide DD version as input from command line:
python idslist_name_identifier.py --version 3.42.0
