W odniesieniu do #12 i aktualnego stanu CBP (działa oficjalnie w domenach ZHP), wygląda na to, że ZHP powinien wg umów już otrzymać uprawnienia do publikacji na licencji.
Proponuję licencję MIT, jak w przypadku innych projektów ZHP.
