Very rough draft of version based routing support for all versions between beta
b1.5through release version1.2.5.Currently the code refers to all of this as "Beta", as I did not realize it also worked for 1.0-1.2.5 until after the implementation was already working. I'm looking for a better name, especially as "legacy" is already used in the code for some more recent versions.
Currently only the kubernetes method of creating new route mappings has been implemented.
Connection notifier and waker functionality has not been properly implemented yet.
