\item obs_collection could contain many details : obs_type (calib, science), obs_mode (subarray
configuration), pointing_mode, tracking_type, event_type, event_cuts, analysis_type
obs_collection is defined as an identifier for a collection of data sets, decided by the data provider.
so it can gather some specific subset of a survey based on the criteria you mentioned.
but currently there is no instrumental configuration details stored in Obscore except telescope name and instrument name.
