.github/renovate.json の構文・スキーマ検証を PR 作者が 気にしやすいように validate.sh に組み込む。壊れた設定を マージすると Renovate が停止し、依存更新パイプライン 全体が止まるため、事前チェックの価値が高い。 Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwamoto <hello@iwamot.com>

Summary
npm:renovateを追加renovate-config-validator実行を追加（GitHub Actions チェックの直後）.github/renovate.json が壊れるとマージ後に Renovate が停止し、依存更新の自動 PR が止まるため、PR 段階で検知できるようにする。
