This updates Wicked Good XPath to the 1.3.0 release. Notable changes include: 1. Fixed a bug in IE8 compatibility introduced by the 1.2 release. 2. Fixed a check for node.style so that it won't mutate the DOM on IE < 9. 3. The library now performs wgxpath.install on Document.prototype if available. This allows document.evaluate to also work on XMLDocument.
