refactor: Platform icons.

• i refactor my old code. and added 3 toggles 1. Colored Mode so they can be the Brand Color. 2. the grayscale the current one. 3. No Platform Icons. and i Add a Tooltip when hoving over the Icons itself and will display the current platform the Clip is.

Sorry btw i was Trying to get this PR done before you merged the other one. but i was stuck on a bug and i ended up fixing it so we good.

if you can, can you test this and see if the tooltip is fixed it was making the website move around when hoving. i would like the feedback but i think it was just my chrome because i test it with a different chromuim browser and it didnt to it. so i would like the feedback if its happening to you.

okay this should be good to go. i did more testing. it seems to be only on my chrome for some reason.
