During my usage I wanted to make some changes to the excel file that could be easily done with openoffice but was very difficult by using the builder.
Therefore, I find it very useful to be able to open existing spreadsheet files and use them as templates.
This PR enables the the
ExcelBuilderto consume an optional input stream that serves as an template.
