Collection of python tools to be used in connection with the publicly available software "Oligo Searcher" written and maintained by Aaron Sievers for the efficient analysis of publicly available GenBank-format Genome Sequences.
This package was created and used within the contex of a research project and the writing of a Bachelor Thesis in Computational Genomics at the Kirchhoff Institute for Physics (KIP) in Heidelberg in 2022.
