The keynote file uses commercial fonts that I can't include here:
- Carnation - Ethan Dunham, Fonthead Design
- Courier - Bitstream Inc and Apple Inc
- Cronos Pro - Adobe Systems Incorporated
If it looks too weird without them, open the PDF version.
