Reverted static/template location to root project directory to match best practices, made south work, started a pattern-based version of diagnose, finished visual parts of build and context side of wiring it up
Angularjs templates/client logic for reimplementation are written, won’t be debugged fully until API code is attached
Finished new draft of eduwiki in python and angular, started on some prototypes for things
