Inject tool-generated attachments into the assistant's final message content to ensure they are displayed in the chat.
Previously, attachments created by tools (e.g.,
gdrive_show_image) were not automatically added to the assistant's final message content, preventing them from being rendered in the frontend chat UI. This change ensures that if a tool returns an attachment ID and the assistant finishes without further tool calls, the attachment is explicitly included in the assistant's message.
