🚀 Description

Consolidates README.md as the project entrypoint and docs hub after all individual doc improvements were completed. Supplements .github/instructions/ with files derived from existing docs content.

• README.md: added bilingual slogan, desktop/mobile screenshots, key features section, library links, documentation map, operational rules references, and ERD-based data model section
• docs/: added data-model.md and supporting assets (data-model.svg, print desktop.png, print mobile.png)
• .github/instructions/: added git-workflow.instructions.md, state-management.instructions.md, and ui-guidelines.instructions.md extracted from existing docs
• copilot-instructions.md: updated to reference the new instruction files
