- Use following command to create exsiting citations_project rails citations_project:populate_temp_table rails citations_project:update_creator_id
- We plan to use both old and new picking logic. New project will use the new logic, old project use old logic.
- Default all selected - Add info for filters - Change selected number when checkbox changed - Selected dates change from day to hour
- Create as - ML score update - Project member change - As member change - Expert change - Sc change - Label finish by each user
- Pilot switching is not allowed

- single -> double, re-evaluate all citations in the as and potentially pull back from fsu - double -> single, screened stuff will be moved forward based on the single label
