Checked in code that calculates something called chi, but I'm not happy with the algorithm yet.

It actually calculates 6 chi files:

1. chi from epsilon derived from shear probe 1 and FP07 1
2. chi from epsilon derived from shear probe 1 and FP07 2
3. chi from epsilon derived from shear probe 2 and FP07 1
4. chi from epsilon derived from shear probe 2 and FP07 2
5. chi from epsilonMean and FP07 1
6. chi from epsilonMean and FP07 2

Ken Hughes has a lot of code here that could probably be reworked:

Yes, I've been going through the mixing group's chi code base and making sure I fully understand all the inputs and expected outputs. It is moderately tightly coupled to their instruments, with lots of evolution.
