Added Dutch translations

I have translated the Maqueen extension into Dutch for use in a school project with young children. I've only adjusted the maqueen-strings.json (didn't found any other json files)
Of course, I've edited the pxt.json accordingly.

Please do so. I am not familiar with github as this was my first contribution. I thought I've done everything correctly. I would like to use it for Dutch primary school education, so preferable in their native language as a foreign language is still quite difficult for them. Vielen dank! :)

Thanks, the translation works fine, although I cannot use the "on obloq receive" for the IR communication. The online editor (makecode.microbit.org) hangs after selecting this block. In case I first select the language "English", then the block and after that return to "Dutch" everything works fine. I suppose it has to do with the creation of the variable "message" (apparently it also wants to create this english variable in the dutch translation and something goes wrong there).
