I suspect that the dev/stage environments may be breaking because of something I put in the code... so I reset everything but kept the OIDC implementation fix to see if that was the case.
Logging features commented out/removed as well. May have to re-add later (or do some digging into how logging used to work in the past).
Also re-added rollbar and searchneu dependencies.
