Update HF Transformers to latest version

• Upgraded HF Transformer to the latest version with appropriate API changes.
• Added support for OpenAI Whisper 20250625.
• HF Transformers broke the language detection for Whisper models, and this PR included a patch that initiates a separate run to extract the language token. This is by no means elegant and should be fixed upstream (Whisper return_language with pipeline no longer working huggingface/transformers#39404). The current patch in file is similar to HF implementation (generate initial tokens then decode ASR)
