generate bom for the complete eclipse simrel

As a follow-up of issue #25 I reported some weeks ago, here a proposal to generate the bom for complete simrel
Some additional notes:

• rap 2022-09 depends on eclipse platform 2022-09, rap from a version cannot depends on platform from another version, so upgrading rap to a version requires to upgrade platform as well, saying that, I am not sure modularization would help, as it is simpler to consume the whole module
• I added a test case to check missing artifacts (wrong mapping or not available in maven central) and update the build to ignore test error, it seems odd to have a test that will always fail for sure but it is interesting to know what we miss
• Feel free to take whatever you want from my PR, and leave things behind. I am not sure having the full bom is something you want so you can get rid of this part,but I have added some test case and the update of mapping file is probably interesting to keep.
