Removal of duplicate file endings. Upper or lowercase is ignored by glob anyway.

I experienced a bug (#3) where GraViz loads tifs twice if I select a folder of
.tiffiles.Removal of duplicate file endings since uppercase or lowercase is ignored by glob anyway. This PR closes #3 where I detail the bug in further detail.
