Fixed the endstop max pin assignments in pins.h and updated config.h to what is running on the two test machines
Modified lcd_status_update_delay from 10 to 100 to slow the updating of the LCD
Updated dogm_lcd trying to improve timings

Fixed the endstop max pin assignments in pins.h and updated config.h to
what is running on the two test machines. The max pin configs are wrong in most mini-rambo fw on git, so should merge this pins.h file with all known marlin/mini-rambo fw's
