In this PR I added an option to generate dedicated Multi-Blind scorecards. They need to be generated separately from the rest, because of their size. If the option is turned on it's not possible to print Multi-Blind scorecards from the main scorecards tab - they are available in the separate tab called "Multi-Blind scorecards".
