Simple tutorial for normalizing flows. This is part of a hands on session for ExGal - Twin advanced school for galaxy simulations. We use machine-learning to predict the uncertainties in the parallax and proper motions for stars observed by the Gaia mission using other stellar and observation features as inputs.
