Marking as Draft, as this will break non AVX processors + ARM

  • AVX FPU reg allocation support
  • Need to figure out the reason for FPS drop
  • Add support for SSE
  • Add support for Non-AVX/SSE
  • Add support for ARM
    • 32bit
    • 64bit
