P1 Badge Update FORJAMIE.md in the same dependency-change commit

This dependency bump changes project tooling/security surface (happy-dom version) but the commit omits the required documentation update gate from /workspace/Design-System/AGENTS.md ("Hard rule: if a commit changes ... config, or tooling, then FORJAMIE.md must be updated in the same change-set"). Without the paired FORJAMIE.md entry, the repo’s required living map is immediately stale and the commit violates a mandatory workflow rule.
