What about using "relativeUrl" or something like that? Using Drupal makes me shrug here.

This test fails if we've run yarn install and created a node_modules dir because it finds some modules' travis.yml configs etc.
Reverts previous change.
Accidentally removed an extra line.
I am so stepping on my own feet today. Best not to manually revert.
