When user press any hotkey the program just looking for button with message wich contains "Ctrl+<hotkey value>", so, to add new hotkey we just have to add new message "Ctrl + E" to "Code" button. Ctrl+a and ctrl+k used for 'select all' and 'insert link', in this case ctrl+e used for 'code'.
