Closing — release-please's proposed 1.1.0-rc1 does not match the project's RC progression. The current version is 1.0.0-rc1 and the v1.0 RC fresh 7-day soak is active until ~2026-04-30. Next version is 1.0.0-rc2 (if the soak surfaces issues) or 1.0.0 (if the soak passes) — not a new minor pre-GA. Will manually manage version-strings until soak completes; release-please will be re-engaged at the GA cut.
