This PR copies the contribution of @MAHDTech provided in PR junobuild/cli#475 in the CLI
It allows to not duplicates the
fullPathutils and follows the "deploy" pattern which ultimately could some day allows to reuse the same contribution in the Console (which likely has some stale assets).
