nvim: fix telescope-fzf crash; ts_ls instead of tsserver

telescrope.lua: warp 'load_extension(fzf)', safety loading on the fresh first_boot.
telescrope.lua: remove non-plugin 'ripgrep' from deps.
lsp-zero.lua: rename 'tsserver' handler to 'ts_ls'

after applying your nvim configuration to mine (i've tried a lot of times and receive the same result).

'telescope-fzf' cannot be installed as other extensions.

with fresh users, neovim crashed at startup because telescope.load_extension('fzf') ran before the native extension was compiled - exts that fzf need before its installation.
