Adding bpm recognition using madmom and librosa

Hello, I'm trying to add a metronome over the track. However I'm having troubles understanding the code.

The thing is that when you click the BPM button you will activate the option overwriting the current song charged into the app.

Hi @emc-re-ds ,

I do not work on playitslowly anymore. I'm rusty in python, very rusty in gstreamer/gtk so I'd rather put my efforts in my javascript based TimeStretch Player. It's very likely that there won't be any more releases of play it slowly (at least from my side).

If you are interested in adopting the project we could discuss a handover though. Let me know what you think.
