The Coalescent Hidden Markov Model
You need to install Bio++ 2.3 to compile CoalHMM (https://github.com/BioPP, components bpp-core, bpp-seq, bpp-phyl).
Example option file can be found in the Examples directory. A manual is also available (make pdf, requires texinfo to be installed).
