Better if these parameters come from the application.

Collapsing this into #42. Also, my understanding of the problem was confused, although the error I saw was "too weak" it actually happened because the client was refusing encryption in secprops, by defaulting to max_ssf=0. |

Better if these parameters come from the application. The cyrus defaults seem to be to fill secprops with all zeros, which seems to make encryption impossible. This adapter should provide an interface to set secprops, especially the maximum buffer size.
