Fix: Changed JDK version from 11 to 17

Feature: Allow user to optionally specify TextStyle to use, both when text is selected/unselected.
Before now, text colour was fixed to the default Color.Unspecified and UX is not too wonder fun when using Material3 theme.
Adding TextStyle will allow user to specify text colour to use, and text styles, both in dark and light mode/theme.
