Makes effect tokens generic. Motivation: to allow specification downstream (in this case by kas-core).
Underline and strikethrough effects must now be specified downstream from this crate (tested).
Tightens up the specification on font tokens: this iterator is expected to be non-empty. Handling: assert in debug builds, default to 16px in release builds.
