Changes made:
No More Prefixes -- It was only used in mining anyway, eliminating the need for prefixes.
No Job IDs -- Job IDs have been removed as an optimization, since submissions are less frequent than notifications.
Simplified Subscription and Authorization -- The processes for subscription and authorization have been streamlined, making integration easier for developers.
Less methods -- Nonce and difficulty are contained by other calls now, results in less bandwidth usage by both parties.
