v0.3.2 - Global profiles

Adds support for an optional "global" profile with the following behavior:

• If present, the "global" profile's inactive buffs will be shown at the end of the active set's inactive buffs
• If the config option default_to_global_profile is set to true, the "global" profile will be set by default instead of showing nothing.

Initial release

Initial release includes:

• Commands for add, remove, set, reset, list, find, help
• Arbitrary labels for buff names, so for example "Defense Boost" can be displayed as "Cocoon", "Multi Strikes" as "Temper", etc.
• Automatic job-based profile switching for profiles named after a job or a main_sub combination (i.e. pld or pld_blu). This behavior can also be disabled via the settings file
• Background and font are fully configurable via the settings file
