This repository contains data analysis code for the paper Visual experience orthogonalizes visual cortical stimulus responses via population code transformation by Failor, Carandini and Harris.
The main data for the paper can be found here in standardized ONE format. Some of the analysis code in the current repository uses files in a non-standard internal format; data files in this format can be found here
